Can I sue them if I have told them numerous times not to call my work, and now they have showed up to my work. Again I have no accounts with this company. My brother has an account and that is who they are looking for.

Unlike my case I do know the answer to this question. You can sue them for harrasment and stress. Actually up to millions depending on what state you live in. I know here in georgia it starts off at 6million. And if you have any recordings of you telling then not to call your work or anything that would be a BIG PLUS. It shows where you have told the company many times that you are not the person, and they need to stop calling you. That goes against the FCC guidelines. Get proof, Then SUE HAPPY! just give me some when you get done, lol.

Send them certified letter and explain. If this will not help just sue those ******* without any further agravations and waste of time. Because they would not understand any other way.

Try www.handelonthelaw.com. There may be a lawyer in your area who will sue them for harassment.
