If you're on a budget, I'd recommend the spa suite at either the Tropicana or Excalibur. We have gone to Vegas several times and stayed at both of these hotels in their spa suite. Both are great, even though the Trop isn't much to look at, the rooms have been recently updated and were very clean.
The Tropicana spa suite was a total of $493.00 from Friday through Monday (in March of '06)
Excalibur spa suite (stayed there over Memorial Day weekend) was a total of $711.00 from Saturday through Tuesday over the holiday weekend.
We had a nice strip view from both rooms. Excalibur's spa was a bit bigger, but overall the rooms were comparable in size and cleanliness. The Trop had a couch, chair and table in the room, Excalibur had a table and chairs only. Both rooms had a stand-up shower. Both were very clean, new carpeting and had the standard TV and amenities, but no coffee maker.
Have a great time, wherever you choose to stay!

Yeah that doesn't happen outside las vegas let alone in las vegas... and if you want it for more than one night be prepared to dish out some serious moo-lah... Not only are they expensive but they are usually booked way in advance... I know from experience. And be specific when calling to book, b/c a jetted tub and jacuzzi are two different things and you can screwed into the tub w/o knowing... and then when you get there and check it out, find out it is not what you want, you WON'T FIND ANOTHER last minute... promise you that.

Standard hotel rooms with a jacuzzi? Non-existant. But, you can often upgrade to a spa suite or jacuzzi suite. Sometimes you have to pay the difference, sometimes all you have to do is ask.... Luxor gave it to me for asking. (Over a holiday weekend, no less.) Since you're going midweek, it should be even easier.

We stayed at Caesar's Palace and were in a standard room. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room - and it was literally in our room, right next to the bed. But it was pretty big and nice.
