Keep a good attitude about things.

My grandma always told me that life id 10% what youa re given and 90% what you do with it. I think many people dont understand the control they have over their own lives, and if they simply had a better attitude toawrd life in general they would see a big difference in their lives,

Be grateful for being born as I am - and seeing as I am sitting leisurely at my computer whiling away time, that's being born really good plus, if I was God and had to hear 6 billion people complaining continuously about the life I'd given them, I'd really freak out and kill them all. Even so, I am not God, and whoever's God is obviously more patient because he hasn't freaking cleared humans from face of the earth.

Be kind in little things - praise/appreciate, share a light joke, smile at my friends, forgive people... just spread good feeling all around.

On a more practical level, turn off the fans and lights when I have no use for them. Follow the guidelines for saving water, not polluting, be kind to animals, exercise and be healthy, fast once a week and be honest and sincere at my work.

Well...

What I do, I walk for the MS Society, I raises money for the awareness of MS. I am also a MS advocate. Which means I write to politicians about MS. I also talk to people about adopting retired-greyhounds. I used to help feed the homeless and volunteer at convalescent homes when I was in California. I try to recycle as much as possible. I also try and smile and say hello to people when I pass them on the street & just be as nice as I can be. I don't know if that makes a big diffrents but maybe a little one. :)

We live in a tough world today where selfishness is very common among us all.
We very often feel lonely , sad , we feel we are not understood , in many of us , happiness is only a souvenir well i think and believe that a smile , a short mail , a comment on your 360 page ,(360 yahoo) , a quick phone call , an sms all these little things make you happy , make you have the feeling that you exist , that people think and/or care for you.
It's a need.

Smile at everyone you cross paths with, from the man taking his dog for a walk, to the strange looking women no-one talks to. A free reassuring gesture of good will that anyone can do, which makes a positive glow inside and out .You have also the knowledge that you may have changed someones day for the better. Remember smiles are infectious!!!!

Random acts of kindness. Make someone smile, do a favor and don't expect anything in return. Just do it to know you've done the right thing. It may seem small in the moment, but in the big picture, kindness is contagious, and it will be passed on.

Say Hello, have a positive attitude, smile, help someone with work, being friendly, interacting with others, following rules, helping elders, sharing knowledge with others, charity. Just being a good person can help.

Have a good day and nice weekend!

Today I was walking down my street to mail a letter; I met an obviously mentally challenged young woman - I smiled at her and her face which was blank and showed no expression suddenly lit up as she smiled back, her eyes sparkled and the look on her sweet face made my day.

Look someone in the eyes, & smile. As simple as that.

There are so many lonely people around, who can go weeks, literally, without holding a conversation with anyone, without making eye contact with anyone, & without ever having a smile directed toward them. It gives them an excuse & the opportunity, to smile back.

There is nothing I can do to make a big difference in the world.
I can make a difference in the smallness of the world though.
If I don't step on an ant, I made a big difference to him in his life.
If I didn't love the people in my life, it would make a big difference to them, because they know I love them.
Now that I've said all that, my answer is:

SMILE
