Are they just being mean, or if they are the opposite sex, do they have a crush on you? Maybe they are jealous of you, because you get good grades? Are you an easy target? If so, don't be a victim.
If you can get to the bottom of why they are bothering you, you have half the battle won. Then you can figure out how to fix the problem. Maybe they want to be your friend?
If they are just being mean, first try to work it out, in a place that they can't hurt you...and others are around to help you if they should try. If that doesn't work, report it to your teacher, if she doesn't take care of it, your parents and principal should get involved.
Once, a teacher - or no one else for that matter - would take care of a little boy who was picking on another one. (I knew these people personally.) So the mother of the picked-on one went to the class, and with the teacher standing up front, teaching, the mom proceeded to tell the bully that he would stop, and if he didn't his parents would be involved. It scared the bully into leaving the other kid alone. Later those boys played in a band together....
Of course this was grade school, you sound a little older. But I am sure your parents can help with appropriate measures.

Go to a Teacher and if continues then go to the Principal, parents but don't let it keep going on. Bulling is not to be tolerated. If all fails and it is worse than what your letting on, that hit then where it's going to hurt, which is A LAW SUIT!!!
It is up to your school to back you up or they to can be named in a law suit. It is your right to be taught without having to be harassed, bothered or abused. The school is held accountable for your safety as long as you are on their school time and grounds at all times.
You can charge them at anytime if scared to at school.
Go home phone police or right at school, you need no permission to do so either. Hit them where it hurts, in the pocket book. Then we'll see who laughing now ;-)
Q.) Do you know what little dogs do to big wheels?

Is there a Teacher, in the class room, can't she get a gripe on her students, if not I would tell my Parents, so that they can talk to the Principal.
You go to School, learn and how can you if you are subject, to all that nonsense.
