people in INDIA do not have the amount of rectal problems such as Hemmorhoids or rectal bleeding or fissures because they use water!I was in INDIA with no itching butt issues,but now im back to toilet paper and my butt itches so bad!

No, I have to somewhat agree with her. My husband is from Thailand, and they don't have our "butt" problems over there really either. (When refering to itch and such.) They wash with water. Much cleaner and gentler. That is why they are marketing adult wet wipes so much now. Not just to "smell" better, but so it's gentler on our rears.
But, fissures, hemmorhoids come from other things too.
