Remember the rules for exponents:
(x^a) (x^b) = x^(a+b)
(x^a)^b = x^(ab)
(x y)^b = (x^b)(y^b)
x^-a = 1 / x^a
x^a / x^b = x^(a-b)

You should be able to solve these if you know the above rules. For example:
(5x)(8x^3)(x^4)
40(x)(x^3)(x^4)
40(x)(x^7)
40(x^8)

(5x)(8x^3)(x^4) = 40x^8
(x^7)^3 = x^21
(4a)^2 = 16a^2
{2p^3v^4}^3 / s^3 = (8p^9v^12)/s^3
35m^16n^8 / 7m^15n^4 = 5 mn^4
3x^6 / x^3 = 3x^3
