If you forget to take you BC pill you should take it as soon as you remember. If it is already the next day take both pills at the same time. It is best to take your pill at the same time each day, but if it's not exact (of by 30 mins to an hour) it should be okay.

I'm not sure what BC you're using, but for mine (ortho tri cyclen lo), if you miss just one dose it's no big deal but it will decrease the effectiveness, so make sure you use another form of protection just in case.
If you only missed it by a couple of hours, take the missed dose immediately. If it's almost time for your next dose, just skip the one you missed and take the next one.
If you miss more than a certain amount of days (three maybe) you're supposed to start a new pill pack. Ask your pharmacist or doctor.
You don't have to be quite that diligent about what time you take it. Think of something you do every day at around the same time (like brushing your teeth for example) and take it then. That way you'll associate taking it with a certain daily activity and you won't forget. Remember I'm not a doctor or pharmacist, though. The best thing to do is call one or the other. Hope that helps.

It depends on the type of birth control you have. You should read the directions that come with each pack of birth control inside it should tell you what to do when you miss a pill. It is recommended that you take the pill at the same time everyday. But if you forget take it asap

yea, take 2 the next day. If your not completely sure, go to the pills website and see, I know Yaz has one and it answers any questions like that. Its best to take it at the same time, but 30 mins is NOT gonna make a huge difference. I have a alarm on my cell phone for the same time every day to remind me or I would NEVER remember! lol!

I always took my pill after breakfast - sometimes that would be at 7am, sometimes not until noon! It really doesn't matter all that much, so don't stress out about it.
Check the info sheet that comes with your pills for what to do about missed pills (if you don't have the sheet anymore, you can probably find it online somewhere, or call your pharmacist). For some pills you take the missed one as soon as you remember, or you double up the next day. For others, you just skip it. So you really need that info sheet.

take two the next day...but if you miss more than one day, you have to start a new pack of pills. my mother worked at a gyno-office and she had told me that it is not necessary to take it at the EXACT time everyday, as long as your within the same time period..(like if you take it at 8am...don't take your pill the next day at 1pm). but now there is a pill you can take without water so you can carry it around with you and don't have to worry about missing a day

If you miss one pill because of forgetting it can cause you to start spotting. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say about taking the next two the next day.
As for the timing it should be taken at the exact same time every day because if the time changes on a regular basis breakthrough bleeding can occur.
I would recommend checking with your doctor as well for additional information to see what they say.

yes, you should take 2, or just take it when you remember, then take the next one on your regular schedule. You want to aim within an hour. Especially if this is your only form of birth control (ie no condom, etc), as you will often ovulate shortly after discontinuing the pill- this is why many women get pregnant when taking it.
Hope this helps!

yeah you can do two a day. Its ok to miss once but twice or more a month can lead to pregnancy. And yes, its ok to have a 30 min difference in time when you take it. ^_^
