All animals have taste buds.

Without them, why would some organisms eat the things they do? If you have smell - you most likely will have taste buds as smell and taste work together.

Yes they do, We havea orange tree and they eat all the fruit beorre we can taste it and when they get at to early they always leave the uneaten the green unripe ones with mini bites in them and I found ripe orange ones (rinD) still on them stem and but completely eaten .So at least we know they havea capacity for sweet and sour.
