You said you pee a lot , though you don't have diabetes. U don hav diab mellitus but it seems you hav another kind, diabetes insipidus that is due to deficiency of posterior pituitary hormone. Anyway, you need a thorough check up to ascertain the cause.
Good luck!.
PS - I am a doctor & you have aroused my curiosity, can you please email me what comes out? I don't know how long this problem has been so it could be a viraemia causing all these things for a short while.
All the best!

Are you sure you're not diabetic? Or maybe hypoglycemic? I get those head rushes all the time when I stand up - that's actually low blood pressure. Same with the hot shower - when you take a hot shower your blood vessels dilate, which lowers your blood pressure. If you already have low blood pressure to begin with, you can feel really crappy after a long hot shower.
I also get that weak feeling, sometimes associated with hot flashes and dizziness, too. I think it's a sugar thing (hypoglycemia, specifically) but none of my doctors want to test me for it.
The itchy skin has me stumped. Personally, I'd see a dermatologist about that one.
I'd also recommend writing down all these symptoms (maybe even keeping a log of your symptoms) and talking with your doctor about them. It's obviously bothering you, so there must be something wrong. Hopefully it's something easy to fix!

Your "head rushes" are sudden drops in blood pressure, otherwise known as orthostatic hypotension. When you stand up, is when it drops because of the blood that's pooled in your legs. If you take very hot showers, this will also occur. Judging by your other symptoms, it sounds like you may suffer from hypoglycemia, you may also have a hormonal imbalance. The symptoms listed here are somewhat vague, with many different possible causes. I recommend seeing a doctor.

This sounds like a case of hypoglycemia, (low blood sugar), eating things with a protein base and balance of carbs with each meal will help maintain sugar levels through the day and night.
Hypoglycemia is usually a precursor to diabetes, you should be tested for it at least yearly to be safe.

Because of what you said about having to eat to bring your sugar back means that you could have hypoglycemia which is the opposite of Diabetes.
This definitely needs to be evaluated by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
