for 50 Cent to bet that his CD will sell more than Kayne West's? I mean, its got to be the most arrogant and unintelligent thing I've seen in hip-hop (and I've seen some ridiculously stupid things let me tell you)! What difference would it make? What would it prove accept that one conceited rapper, apparently in love with himself, can't bare to share the spotlight with another rapper who probably doesn't give a rats anal hair about the bet in the first place? 50 Cent is just tying to incite some sort of hip-hop war. I hope that people who love real hip-hop, of which 50 Cent's music is NOT, won't even buy into this crap! What say any of you?

50 is always shooting his mouth off and it would be hilarious if this time it all backfires on him. 50's music is nothing without studio gimmicks.

Well ye its bad to make a bet saying that 50 cent will sell more than kayne west, true, Hip Hop isn't a competition, its not how many cds you sell, nobody wants a hip hop war, even though i think there both talented rappers.

To be honest I love Kanye, but 50 has such a broader audience...."the suburban" audience. 50 had outsold Kanye with his past 2 albums, so what would make anyone think that he wouldn't do it this time around? I won't be buying 50's new album, his 1st single is HORRIBLE!!!! But you can bet that there are some people who are dying for it to come out. Kanye isn't for everybody, he's like an acquired taste because not everyone can relate to his music, and the upperhand that 50 has is that he makes club hits, cuz I don't care how much you hate 50, when you got a few drinks in you and Disco Inferno comes on, I bet your on thr floor shakin' ur ***....lol...I know I am!

Seriously, who cares? I don't think anybody's taking it serious or cares about it. 50 Cent's just trying to get some more attention because people aren't that interested in him, while Kanye can get the attention without having to go to that, through the music.

i agree that 50 cent sucks so yea he will loose in the first place.kayne west's will most likely sell more.it is a very stupid thing for him to try that.your right he just wants to creat a huge hip-hop war and i do not think it is neccasary to be honest

I laugh @ those who go out and buy 50 cents album B4 Kanye's. What does 50 really have to say? Nothing. His lyrics are caa caa compared to Kanyizees. Your money will be more well spent if you buy Kanye's. There is no way 50 will sell more and if he does its because he went out and bought all of them himself. Don't worry once Kanye outsells him he'll shut up.
