As for which one would be best for you that would depend on your overall medical history. One that is good if you have a problem with swallowing is a birth control pill called Femcon. This pill is designed so that the lady can chew it instead of swallowing the whole tablet.

I would recommend talking to your doctor about this issue as well to see what they say.

I reccomend Nuva ring. It can be used continously (changed every 3 weeks), but ask your doctor about doing so as it depends on your personal history.
It is very comfortable and unlike a lot of other mothods, the drug is delivered directly so there is less of a chance of a systemic reaction.

If you've had kids, I would get an IUD. I also really like the pill I'm on...it's Orth Tri Cyclen Lo.
