Concrete is sold by the cubic yard. You measure your length, width and depth. I just call the concrete company give them those measurements and they figure the yards. Example; 8' x 10' x 4"
This give you a price for delivery. Then figure what you charge an hour and add to the cost of "ALL" your supplies, like 2x4's for framing, nails, plastic vapor barrier etc.
You may need to rent a Bull Float and it usually smooth it out good. Then you may want to rent a Electric Finish Trowel (I not sure if that what it called) but it give it that super smooth finish.
For an easy; call a few places that do this and see if they give you an estimate over the phone, just act like you thinking of a slab and want to know about what it cost.

It depends on if you have laboreres and what they get paid. If yourself , then you'd take cost of materials and divide by a certain number, and round up (if you like) to establish what to charge.
