Welcome to my hell!!!! I even have a college degree and am facing the same damn problem. What is their deal? I mean heck all it would take is about a week of training and I could do about any job. Yet everywhere I look they want someone with experience, like 2 to 6 years. That is kinda ridicules.

keep trying. there was a person whom I hired for a clerk and went through the three day training period. then after he was trained the jerk told me he was quitting as all he needed for a better job was for some experience. needless to say I was furious.
