Did Scotland & England not get on at that specific time? and if not then why? if possible, please provide any websites where i might find this information

LOL...but seriously though! Do you think we were killing each other during this period & that William Wallace was a major political force during this era. We were & are part of the United Kingdom, though more & more people today, myself included, are beginning to see the benefits of the independence argument.

I have visited Scotland as a tourist and found the Scottish people to be very friendly the Scottish people have no problem with the English people the grievance is with politicians who have no idea what its like in Scotland making decisions for them from London and controlling them with taxes, much like Europe does to England, in days gone by the Scottish people would fight side by side in battle, but this was only because the Scots reserved the right to be the one who fought us Scotland was tribal much later than England and had clans so has a country it was difficult to deal with the Scots much before the last few centuries.

The Scots (from what I recall; I can't remember the source though) were none too happy about being called in to do the lion's share of the English's work. I believe they always got the dirtiest missions.
