howcome my oil light flashes on for about 2 seconds almost every time i make a turn in my volvo 940se?

Sounds strange. You could have an electrical short, or maybe your oil pan isn't level. Or your oil maybe low.

Your oil is too low, good thing you are driving a Volvo or you would probably needed a engine by now.

Check your oil level, chances are it's low. When you're turning, the oil is sloshing to one side and for a bit the oil pump is sucking air rather than oil. Not good.

It's low on oil or you have two wheels off the ground in the turns.
