Twin life is different from regular life so give them the best chances possible in life. Dont go with like names. They need thier seperate identities. They need a sense of self.

The matching initial thin was very popular in the 70's. It is cutsie but just remember your kids may not feel the same about it and they are stuck with it. Everyone in the family having the same initials can make for a great deal of confusion as well especially if there are twins involved.

The best thing I did with my kids is think like a 12 year old boy and twist and torment the name you have chosen into anything a boy of that age could. They tend to think on the more carnal side and they can twist a normal name like Leann or mary into many nasty words. Then play the banana nana fo fanna song in your head inserting the names you have chosen. For example Chuck is not a good name for that game :)

Look at the meaning of the names too it can help you decide the best message to send about your child.

For L something like Lola or Leah would be pretty... And for a middle with A and Y Anyca maybe?

For a boy with L Lucas is cute, but I don't know about A and Y..

Congrats and good luck!

Lilly Anne is pretty, or Leanne Alexandra, Lila Allyse, Lillian Amanda, Loralei Alandra, Lauren Abigayle. You could mix and match the names, too!
