It depends on what body part and how much gunk I've swabbed. If the Q-tip can't be cleaned well with my saliva then I typically save that for belly-button cleaning. Otherwise - like 4 days. Pretty much every time I wash my hair, I get a couple new Q-tips. (Yes, that would mean I only wash my hair every 4 days as well....)

I never reuse them. Their so cheap that there is no need to.
