Most hormones are secreted on the basis of feed back system, mostly negative feed back system.
Target organ sends signals to the endocrine gland.
Testosterone is secreted by the Leydig cells of the interstitial tissue of the testis. It circulates in the blood and is responsible for some anabolism and the development of secondary sexual character.
Seminal fluid does not have testosterone. On the other hand ejaculation promotes spermatogenesis. It would be fair assume that there would be some feed back mechanism to cause release of gonadotropin by the pituitary. And if this happened, then it would promote testerone secretion.
So the question of diminished secretion of testoterone jaculation does not arise.

No. That's something nuns tell people. Sex doesn't stunt growth, so why would masturbation?
No. HGH is produced by the pituitary, which is independent of the wandangdoodle.
No. Testosterone is produced by the testes, but moves into the blood stream directly from the testicles, rather than through the semen. Otherwise, women who have a lot of sex would have mustaches from all the testosteron they absorb.
