I don't know that there's a big difference whether he's not working in Texas or not working in Washington. Bush doesn't run the show. He just sits around until they give him something to say. So...he's usually on vacation.

While I don't agree with him taking the month off when our troops can't enjoy the same luxury, we can't take away his vacation time. He is a government employee.
