There is always a center of gravity ;) However you may move that center of gravity out of your body by leaning on a wall or something.

No it does not disppear. But when you sit, your center of gravity is not based just your body. Your center of gravity is now based on you and the chair you are sitting in.

Your center of gravity is with you always. It may shift with position however.,
