i think unlawful is contra established laws and illegal as interpreted by the courts.In brief what is unlawful can be proved not to be illegal .an answer from a mad victim !

ha ha good one, if you spelled it right the difference between ILLEGAL and unlawful is just in terminology. ppl use illegal and unlawful interchangably
