if ur having sex w/ her and ur on her kissing her neck or whatever and you only have one hand up there on her cause the other one has to keep the condom from coming off...idk i would think u would want that hand to be free to right?

Condoms are made not to fall off, protection is there purpose. If its falling off, then the guy is either using the wrong size or had lotion or some other lube on his wang before he put the condom on.
