have my reasons. I used to sell merchant accounts.. I know all about them. I need to find a web online bill pay that I can fund using my paypal account. I do web work and everyone in their momma wants to pay me though paypal and the amount I make I dont' feel comfortable trying to send it to my bank accoutn because paypal has a habit of freezing accounts, therefore I need to find a way to get the money out of the account in a useful manner.. i.e paying bills. Hope that explains why I need it.

you completely lost me -- what is pay pal if not a on line service to pay off accounts!!!

paypal is a nothing more than a middle man collecting fees posing as a merchant account. Most big corporations have inhouse processing or merchant accounts, so in essence, why use paypal to pay your bills when most companies will take credit card sor have online billing. Screw paypal, save your money

I thought PayPal WAS an on-line payment service. If its not, what IS it for?
