Contact the Sacramental Records Department of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA: http://www.milarch.org/sacramental/index.html
You can request the marriage record by telephone, email, or snail mail.
With love in Christ.

There should be a marriage record in your military file. Contact the service you were in and ask about obtaining a copy.
