No, he's not. It's confusing that he's on the cover, but they did that to honor him for winning the Heisman and to market their game.

I've got NCAA 07 at home, and he's not in it.

College players can't accept endorsements so an active player can never be on the cover. It's usually someone who made a big splash the year before and is in the pros now. Boise's upset was one of the biggest stories, so they went with him, because college football is about teams and upsets and stories, so he's a good seller for the game.

naa... i dont get y ncaa games always put the rookies that r no longer playing college football on the cover....

reggie bush was on the cover last yr, but is not in the game
and this yr its jared zabransky who wasnt even drafted... im still wondering y did he get to be on the cover?
