Fill owt form, select ur router ect. and it should show you many details, inc FAQ's and the instruction manual that should detail procedures for achieving your goals.

I assume ur talking wireless... On the pc end, it is achieved via an encryption key(useually), but on the router end, it can b told not tu let anything in unless its MAC address(a unique hardware identifier) has allready been defined as 'allowed', requireing u to enter it( useually via an http(web interface) that is usually found at the adress of your access gateway

(useually 192.168.x.x.(go start --> run --> cmd, and in black txt box, type "ipconfig /all" to list all active network adapters, ip bindings(look for
"Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1" <--tap this into M$ internet extorter, or equivelent.
and
Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx)(MAC address: ~ actual values have been altered to prevent cloneing.)

You will need to know admin usrname/passwrd to access such facilities. if they havn't been changed, defaults can be found using a search engine, or the manual in the above link.

If u less squieemish 'bout black screens with streams o white txt, tap the default gateway ip into telnet. useually, there are more options to mess with here too. although be carefull. change the wrong things, an no-one will git online
