My younger brother had a habit of biting his nails, and I told him not to do it because he would get fat.
Anyway, one day we were on the bus and a heavily pregnant lady got on - straight away, he said "I KNOW WHAT YOU'VE BEEN DOING" and the entire bus was in stitches. I just went red and hung my head in shame. Bless him!
My other brother was out visiting my grandparents house at the seaside and we were walking along the prom when he saw a hat which said "i love stroking p**sies" and he had a long drawn out conversation on how much he loved to stroke my grans pussy (cat), again, embarassing me lots without realising it at all!
One final one, when asking my godson what he wanted for Christmas, he said he wanted a card. I said Ok, what else? He said just a card......a card like daddy has so i can go and get money from the machine!

My uncle likes to play and do magic tricks with his children who are of the toddler age. So he would always pretend like he was pulling quarters out of his daugters ears. She thought that he really was pulling money out of her ears. One day they went to the park and they wanted to get ice cream but didn't have quite enough money. So the little girl says to daddy, "Check my ears!" I think that is way funny.

... or didn't say?
I was talking to my 4 year old grandson on the phone. Everything was going fine, then he put the phone down and walked away. I started yelling and screaming into the phone so that someone would hang it up. A couple minutes later he got back on the phone and said, "Grandma, you're funny!" Then he proceeded to scream "Good BYEEEEEEEEEEE"!

I was driving with my son. He was about 3 and sitting in the back seat in his car seat. I went over this small hill kind of fast and he spoke up and said "Mama, that made my winkie tinkle."
