A silly question but do Americans use the term ''all dressed pizza''? An American I know didn't know what that meant, and when I explained, said they would say, ''with everything.'' Just curious as to whether it is like this for most of the U.S.
Thank you! :)

I am in the midwest and a pizza with the works or with everything is what an all dressed pizza would be-thats cute. I guess a naked pizza would be with cheese only but what would a half dressed pizza be-half eaten, LOL

Also a combination (or pizza supreme) usually means with everything or the works. (Wow--all-dressed...now I'm picturing a pizza wearing a little tuxedo.)

Some of us out here think pizza should just be crust, sauce, and cheese cooked in a coal fired oven. This other stuff? It ain't pizza!

We do not say "all dressed up" in Pennsylvania. We say "with everything" or "with the works".
