If you cut the top off a 2 liter of pop that you have not rinsed out (preferably a high sugar pop like Mt. Dew), and put the cut off piece back in upside down, as to create a funel top going into the base. Tape the cut piece back on and it will attract all the crickets into the bottle (the sugar will help, so again, do not rinse out the bottle). I had a few in my house last week and this worked over night!

I noticed 2 crickets in my basement last night. I think they came inside because it turned so cold outdoors with a north wind.

They were so frightened when I came down there and surprised them. But, I am not afraid of crickets; I kinda like the sound of the little critters chirping. I respect the old values concerning the reference to "the cricket on the hearth".

OMGoodness...I get the same problem every year. They come up around the hot water heater. There is an opening somewhere in your house. I found that when I put some foam sheets blocking off the open area, I didn't have as much of a problem. And if nothing else...they are considered good luck. Just gingerly put them out the door.

In tinnitus, the sounds a person hears are actually perceptions. Since there's no actual source, they are often referred to as "phantom noises". I read that about 8% of all people in the US suffer from tinnitus so you are not the only one who hears these strange noises.

Tinnitus is actually not a disease. It is actually a symptom of a problem that is rooted deep, somewhere within your body. The problem could be a simple one like an infection in the ear, or even simpler, such as ear wax. Just clear the wax and get the infection treated, and the noises could go away. In some people, it could even be the result of a side-effect of a drug they took. Or it could be more complicated.

If you want to know more about this condition and wnat to learn how to solve naturally your problems with these annoying noises you should read this ebook: http://tinnitus.toptips.org

It helped me a lot.

you must live in Texas. i used to live in Austin and about this time of the ear thousands of the little creatures would come into town. there would be so many that when you would try to stop at a red light you would skid on crickets. they would get in the stores, in the houses and anywhere the little nuisances could get. when the weather began to cool down some is the time we would get invaded. there was some sort of gold colored dust that smelled like tobacco we had to put all around to get rid of these little pests. don't remember the name of it you might be able to get it from home supply stores or hardware stores. they will eat your clothing and anything else made of cloth in your home.

When it gets really hot, insects come into your house looking for water, even food. Spray whatever areas you see with raid or any type of bug spray. If you have any pets they'll help you take care of them too :)

There must be food they like or something in your house. I would find a way to get them out or you will be having spiders in your house soon also.
