I just installed a neon kit under my car...and it was working fine and then my fuses started blowing like a month after i installed it. So i bought a new tube to put the fuse in and now when i turn the neons on i get a burn smell and the wires get really hot..whats wrong?

Sounds like you have wiring issues. Most likely a short to ground. I would rewire it........

You have a short. Your negative is touching the positive big time, that why the wires are melting. You may cause fire.
Find the short and fix it or rewire the system. The wires underneath the vehicle were probably pinched...
Good luck!
