Hi, I'm wanting to get LOTS of music off the net, for a small fee. The site has to have good access 24 hours a day, and millions of tunes. I don't really want to pay for each track as I'll probably be getting 1000s, just pay a monthly fee. I want unlimited downloads, and be able to store the music on my compter, an external hard drive, an mp3 player and dvds.
What's the best site to do this on?

Napster.
I would NOT recommend a Russian site. They suffer from a large number of legal issues, so their legality is questionable. Allofmp3.com, for instance was finally shut down by the Russian government.

search for limewire and download free edition, all music,video etc are free to download. it does have tutorial to get you started
