Do you think Bin Laden is sitting in his cave laughing as the American Left uses the constitution as a battering ram to advance the Islamic agenda?

Sure! It's how he got to sit in that cave in the first place since Clinton uses the excuse that he didn't have jurisdiction over Bin Laden to take him the three or four chances he had before 9/11.

So there is a conspiracy to "advance the Islamic Agenda" sounds a little wacko to me. The Constitution is the reason we can all discuss things openly and the reason government can only go so far with oppression and violating individual rights, the Constitution is a brilliant and insightful document that takes into consideration the excesses of government and those individuals in power.

I'm pretty sure it was your man bush who not only once, but twice, swore on a bible to protect and defend your so called "suicide pact".

You're not suggesting his oath was a mistake, are you?

Delphi, you're raising the bar way too high for the likes of leo080565. Of course he doesn't have any references, proof, or sources. If he did he'd have included them in his, um, "question". Kudos to you regardless for taking him to task.

the constitution is not a suicide pact.

it is a tool for framing a government and the legal procedures that you take for them.

if the constitution is wrong, amend it. don't throw it away.

Traitor.

The Constitution IS the United States of America. It is the ONLY thing that sets this country apart from others.

HOW DARE YOU.

I'm sure he is loving the argument that there is no real threat and that any animosity is our own fault, assuming he is still alive.
