if help in too long, would it go on a nasty rampage and take it's aggression out on everyone else?

Actually they have medication that will help the tropics get over their depression, they just don't know how to administer it.

Humor aside...A tropical depression is an atmospheric low pressure zone, usually over the equatorial Atlantic, that may develop into a hurricane. They have a closed circulation pattern with wind speed of no more than 60 km/h.
