Will the massacre of the three Newark college kids finally force us to deal with illegal immigration?

Yes I just posted a similar question to this and I am posting something else on it because this issue needs to be discussed.

This is serious. Bush and all those other amnesty-supporting nuts have been awfully quiet after the heinous, brutal murders of those three young adults at the hands of illegal immigrants who also happened have criminal rap sheets that included violence and rape.

Why is it that these illegal immigrant criminals were arrested and yet freed on bail in a country that they had no busy being in anyway? Because Newark, NJ is a SANCTUARY CITY and law enforcement is not allowed to enquire from anyone their immigration status.

DISGUSTING! I believe Mitt Romney threw the idea out that we should not give federal money to those cities who welcome illegal immigrants. I thought that that was a bit harsh (and I hate illegal immigration), but now I am beginning to believe that that is an excellent idea!

Remember that girl that got raped and killed in Virginia Beach earlier this year - by an illegal who had a wrap sheet longer than my arm? That didn't seem to change anything. So, no. Sadly, I don't think this will either.

How will closer supervision of employers work ? Since there is no national id, just how is an employer, supposed to find out if a employee is illegal or not ? They are not allowed to ask for proof of citizenship when hiring. Illegals can buy a fake SS card and drivers license for around $400, so they have the same documents as legal workers do. People wanna say, well go after the corporations that hire them, but then do not want the corporations to have the tools to find out who is legal and who is illegal. Plus, isn't that what the INS is supposed to do ? They are against the State of Arizona verifying citizenship, but they somehow think a corporation should be allowed or forced to do it ? The whole issue is just a smoke screen, for those who want no immigration policy at all and want open borders. Now if ships from China showed up with 50 million chinese illegals, don't ya think the Left would change thier tune on illegals in a heart beat ? If we are not gonna secure the southern border, then why do we have immigration controls at our airports ? Why not just let anyone enter the country ? Of course the reason is, the left doesn't want 12 million white illegals from europe moving here

This was a tragedy on a grand scale. three people killed, for sitting in a school and listening to music and a 4th in the hospital. The suspect is here illegally from Peru, and out on bail for child rape.

Having lived in California my whole life I can tell you that over the past decade, we have been flooded with illegal aliens, including the criminal population. It's not just Central and South American illegal aliens that do this. We recently had a Ukranian man who killed a young man at a lake in Sacramento and subsequently fled back to the Ukraine.

Taking money from the sanctuary cities only hurts legal residents because those who are living on public assistance will continue to get their food stamp money while legal citizens who need benefits from the city/county will be asked to kick in the difference.

Whether politicians will act on this and solve the issue is debateable because the companies and unions both benefit from these illegal aliens and the labor they do.

As I see it, the only real plan of action is not in building the fence but in fully enforcing 1986 statutes in the Reagan Amnesty plan which criminalizes hiring of illegal aliens. Start publically putting bosses who break the immigration law in jail and fining them $10,000 per illegal alien hired and you'll see the jobs dry up immediately.

Yes, they are illegal immigrants. This case has me rattled since one of the murderers is a 28-year old Peruvian man. For those that don't know I'm Peruvian and I'm pretty ashamed that we came from the same country. I'm a naturalized citizen and I do care about the problem with immigration. It saddens me that we let many of these people who are criminals to walk away. Not all illegal immigrants are murderers, they haven't attacked anybody but this man has! He was previously arrested for the rape of a young girl! How could he had been in the streets? He deserves prison or maybe worse. We really need to take care of this immigration problem, our public officials need to do something. Otherwise, we are going to have more of this cases and it just embarrasses me that I'm of the same ethnicity as these murderers. I don't see why this is an issue. Anyone who is not a legal immigrant and not here on vacation needs to be removed from the United States. The only exception to this is when someone is a parent of a citizen who was born here.

We are a nation of laws why can't we follow them.

It's bad enough that we have our own citizens committing crimes. Yes, I think that a complete uproar about who committed these crimes should take place. Our own prisons are like palaces as compared to where they come from and I find it disturbing that my tax dollars will end up paying to house them for their criminal activities.

This is simply unfair. And yes, let the Sanctuary cities pay for their bad deeds. Money talks and always has.

If they are illegal immigrants, send them back. If they are citizens, either execute them or life in prison (whichever your state does). But everyone keeps forgetting about the Oklahoma Bomber, Jeffrey Dalmer, the Zodiac Killer, and countless other American citizens that have brutally slaughtered other American citizens. You cannot blame a whole ethnicity for what a small part does. If you are against immigration, than be so for the correct reasons--money spent on them instead of us, jobs being taken away, or lack of respect for America--not just because they are from another country.
