Our problem with these has been that they are all made of plastic and seem to break quite easily.

LOWE"S is a great place to buy one. They have several choices. From inexpensive to expensive.

I've seen them at WalMart. in with the ironing boards and other wash stuff.

Any hardware or home supply will sell you two pulleys,rope,and two hooks for the pulleys.
