Yes, the parks will be BUSY and the weather will be HORRIBLE.. the only time to come that isn't miserable is from Sept to Feb, and even then it's busy from Thanksgiving to Christmas!

I guess the weather conditions depend on what you are use to. I just went this may and it was hot, but not unbearable, but I flew in from maine. (I may not be use to hot weather like some are)

I did not find the lines to be long, we were there for two weeks, visited all the parks and the longest time we had to wait was 25 mins.

We arrived when the parks opened and it was less crowded, we avoided the parks with extra magic hours, and Saturdays always seem to be crazy at any park, so we used that day for Downtown Disney.

It helped us to tour the park by going left to right. Another tip i got that was nice is to make a reservation for breakfast in a park, like Donald's Breakfastasauras-Animal Kingdom, before the park opens, and while the others stand in line waiting for the park to open, you get to bypass the line and go in the park to the restaurant, you cant all over the park but you can get further into the park than most.

Get fastpasses, they are free. Go ride a ride while you wait for you fastpass time. Ride the most popular first. We found a lot of smaller rides with no lines.

Enjoy!!!!

Actually it is a great time to go. We went the 4th - 11th of May this year and had a great time. The weather was warm but not real hot. The lines were not that long but use fast pass for sure when available. Also avoid parks during the day that are extra magic hours but return at night. We had MGM all to ourself at night it seemed and my daughter danced with all the major characters at playhouse disney. also there are no lines during extra magic hours either. I say you couldn't have picked a better week. Spring breaks are over and school's not out yet so crowds are slimmer. and it is also flower and garden time at epcot. trust me you picked a great week. have fun!!

I worked at Disney during this time...... It's really busy and really really HOT!!!! People are on vacation and the lines are sometimes over an hour long..... your lucky if you get a line that's less than 40 minutes long. When you get to the park go to your favorite ride and get a fast track pass..... then you can come back like a hour later and walk right to the front of the line......... Space Mountains line is completely inside with A/C It's the only line worth standing in.

That will probably be just before school is out so it won't be as busy as it will be a few weeks later. Just go with the flow at Disney and you'll love it. The weather will be getting pretty warm so take a lot of cool clothes.

it doesn't really matter when you go, although some times like october are better because disney has slightly less people there...but most of the times disney is EXTREMELY crowded just because it is so popular!

and to all these people who say that it depends on the weather...that's not necessarily true. We went to epcot when it was pouring buckets and the park was still crowded as ever..but then again we went in august...one of the crowdest times of the year!

Disney World is always busy. We went in May in O5, the weather was warm, but I live in Texas, mid 80's. Showers were short and it was humid. Felt a lot like home.

the weather should be good and most of the tourists will still be here from Up North. the lines will be long at most rides. there might be school groups, too. it's a really big place, so you should have a wonderful time and not have to wait too long for things.

Dont listen to some of these idiots who dont even LIVE in orlando. School gets out in June this year. Its gonna b hot but school will NOT be out. Most schools in the COUNTRY wont even be out by then. But even on school days the park can get packed.

It will be busy, but that's o.k. It won't be too bad. You'll still have an awesome time! Also, let me know if you would like me to send you some brochures on Disney. I will be more than happy too!
