Because I don't believe that any race is superior, I just think that each race should keep its individuality.

It sounds racist to me unless you can give a solid, non-racist reason why.

Actually Trouble Maker the mixing is for the Jews only. It has nothing to do with any other race or Christianity. The Jews are supposed to keep their line pure.

One must wonder why you think it important that the races retain their individuality.

You can be against race mixing all you want but the fact is that it's happening, and it has been happening for thousands of years. No one in modern society is of a "pure" race. Have your DNA tested and you would be probably be alarmed to find what different races exist in your own background. Race mixing is destined to continue until we are all one race, which will be Hispanic-looking in nature.

So, to answer your question, I don't necessarily think that alone makes you a racist, I think it makes you ignorant. Race mixing has been going on for so long that it doesn't really matter that you;re "against it." It's already been happening for so long that the effects are here to stay.

Also, I've never heard of anyone who is not a racist have a problem with "race mixing." If you're racist, why be afraid to admit it?

First things first...... the term "racist" is used wrong way too often.... there is only one race.... the Human race.... the issue is mixing "ethnicities," but think about it.... the vast majority of us are human "mutts" anyway.... for example, I'm German, Irish, Scottish, and Polish. Sure, they may be all European but not the same ethnicity.... As for maintaining a culture, that changes with every generation and the environment their in. The only difference between skin colors is pigment.... so be more concerned with what's in people's hearts and minds and less about the amount of natural sun protection their body produces.

Some people might claim that the Bible forbids it.

WRONG.

According to the Bible, all human beings are descended from one couple. Since all but Noah's family were destroyed in the great flood, all the peoples of the earth today must be descended from Noah and his three sons, Shem, Ham and Japheth. In the genealogies given in Genesis 10, the names of certain people are identical with the Hebrew names of certain countries. Mitzraim, for example, is Egypt. Javan is Greece. The Israelites themselves are descended from Shem, as are the Arabs, Aramaeans, and others of that region, giving rise to the notion that Europe was settled by descendants of Japheth, Africa by descendants of Ham, and Asia by descendants of Shem. There are exceptions, however. The original Canaanites are said to come form Ham, but the land of Canaan is in Asia.

So how can one forbid the intermingling of races when all come from one race...Noah's family?

Some point to Deut 7:3-4 but that is about religion and not race.

2 Cor 6:14 also speaks of religion and not race.

Give it a rest...especially if you don't know what you are talking about.

Although, many see this as racism (liberals and conservatives) it doesn't mean you are a racist. Many think that is because you see your own race as superior and don't want it "tainted". Many times this isn't the case, you just want people to preserve their heritage and ethnicity regardless if they're your race or not. I have many people in my family who think this way and they're not racists at all. I've never heard them say a racial slur or say anything negative about other races. I don't have anything against race mixing, but I don't think people who do have a problem are racists. They just want to preserve their own race. My family is Hispanic by the way and I've seen this behavior also in other black families.

It's a pretty common symptom of the disease "racism". Why do you think you aren't?

Edit: Individuality, as in lower genetic diversity? What benefit do you find in that?

As a follow up question: How do you know that they think you're a racist "Just" because of that? Is it possible there are more reasons they see you as a racist?

I didn't read the answers you got so someone may have already asked this, but what, in your view, are the negative consequences of race mixing? I'd also like you to compare and contrast your rationale for this with, say, white supremacists, and then explain to us the differences, big and small, between what they're espousing versus your take on all this.

Opposing mixed races is racist, you are somehow seeing two people of different races as incompatible. That is their decision, and their race plays no role in what they make of themselves.

Dont ever change your mind because thats just propaganda to try to make you think their way. Its easier to control with race mixing as the zionists have long recognized. Ignorance is very strong in this country, most other countries (non-zionist influenced) think just like you and I.

Beecause the part of not being racist to many is mixing. So people will think if they have a mixed child you would look down on them. It is a all or nothing affair.
