Sure, its normal FOR YOU.
A 32 is NOT big at all! That is a perfect band size.
C cup, depends on how old you are and if you have back pain because of them.
IMO a 32C US size is a perfect size to be, don't let anyone tell you different.

That's a pretty good size. I'm 5'6 uk size 12 and 34D and I'd consider myself 'normal' so I think you're fine in comparison ;)

32 is little big, you may try some excercise tips to squeeze it in a good shape around 29
