Depends honey. Some likes their kisses on necks, some of them prefer breast, and some rather have it behind. To me, I will start from the ear, licking and making her feel good before going all the way down just to warm up the "engine" though.
Hope you do not feel offended my dear. This is how I normally start the "ignition".
