I wouldn't know, I never get more than about than about 6 hours a night. Ms Chaplin you must sleep all day 'cause your a picture of health. Oh, dear, I'm flirting again aren't I. Cant help it, it's your name & that look your avatar is giving me. It's irresistible.
Sorry Ms Chaplin. Maybe, if I get some sleep, it'll cure my acute flirting problem. hehe. Doubt it. xxx

I'm a mum and I don't get too much sleep but look younger than a lot of my peers, everyone guesses my age as much younger!!! My secrets for looking young and beautiful are:- going to the park and the pool with my child, laughing a lot, regular exercise, drinking a lot of water, not cooking with salt at ALL (too much salt gives you a red complexion and can lead to high blood pressure) I don't even condiment food with salt - it is vile tasting to me, I eat loads of fruit and being a vegetarian helps, sweet dreams x

Yes and no. In the immediate sense, poor sleep will give you a haggard look. But over the long term, sleeping well will not prevent aging.
