No. Democracy originated in ancient Greece, Athens particular, before any Christian or Jewish influences spread to that region. If anything, the Bible is anti-democratic. God being supreme ruler and calling us to follow His will. He also set up a monarchy over His people to rule them. The Bible does not particularly encourage democracy and the individualism that comes from it.

Democracy begins to grow with Solon, king of Athens, passing democratic legislation in 594 BCE.

The Torah may have existed at that point, the the 2nd half was not written until during or after the Babylonian conquest of Judah and the rise of Cyrus the great in the 540s BCE and that only encompasses the Book of Daniel.

Democracy was long dead and gone by the time the vol gate bible went into print

Democracy was established in the 6th cent. BC in Greece (as was noted), which is when the Old Testament was being formulated in Israel, but the OT was not finalized until the 1st cent. AD. The New Testament did not begin to be written until the late 1st cent. AD (possibly) and was not established until the 4th cent. AD.

Thus, no, the Bible had no influence whatsoever on democracy because democracy existed first.

Nope; early democracy (Athens being the prime example) developed centuries before the New Testament was written and before the Greeks even became aware of the Old Testament. The high point of Athens was the 5th century BC; the Old Testament began to be translated into Greek in the 3rd century BC. The New Testament, obviously, was written in the 1st century AD.
