I need to get permission to use Dracula in a book I'm writing, do you know who I can talk to or what website I need to go so I can e-mail someone?

You need permission for Dracula? I don't think so...it's like using Macbeth...he's so classic, i don't think you would need anything.

I do not think anyone will pursue any kind of copyright infringement o the name "Dracula". This name has permeated American culture. The book itself "Bram Stoker's Dracula" is in public domain.

Although you may get some trouble from the ever nasty Count Chocula
