He came back, years later (i mean last week) and he was covered head to toe in tattoos and rides a harley now - completely different guy. We are not getting back together.

Nope. My ex's are ex's for a reason. I have had them call or email, and I've talked to them and found out what they were up to, but I have never gotten involved with an ex. None of them have ever really stuck as a friend or anything, and I've no complaints. Good riddance.
