Start by being born to obsessive parents who live in Los Angeles that want to make a buck. Have them put you in every audition or fashion show that is humanly possible. Then get lucky and actually get selected for a movie or tv show. Your odds are one in a million, but you never know. In other words, it is 99% luck.

you act in movies or tv shows- as a child- and if you're good at it, you become famous and get more and more parts if movies or tv shows... but usually, you get an agent first. the agent finds you jobs and auditions and stuff.
