UNESCO and WHO had helped many poor countries improve their education and health programs due to aid coming from rich countries.

Why do people like you plug up this board with questions even the dumbest could answer by SEARCH ? Go do your OWN work or is this but a manifestation of what you do in real life in that you get others to do what YOU should be doing .

Im not sure about the other two, but i don't believe the World Health Organization is heavily affiliated with the UN...might be wrong..
