sometimes PC's can have too much virus wich lead to installing new windows and formating your hard drive.
but someother time it could be that you just have too many worms on you PC
as our friend said NO way to run just anti virus softwares such as panda and norton
what you need to know is that b4 using these softwares you have to upgrade them so that then the software is able to find new viruses

The only sure cure is to have a reputable Virus Software, and keep it up to date. This is your only defense against them.
