im at work right now and there is absolutely nothing to do. im bored out of my mind. all im doing all day is answering people's questions or making up stupid ones to ask myself. i need something to do. what should i do? what can i do to keep busy and not be going out of my mind?!

When I worked for the U of M, I used to bring movies to work and watch them on classroom theater systems. On summer Sundays I'd do maybe 20 minutes of work at the beginning of the shift, watch a movie, take a 2 or 3-hour lunch break, spend the second half of the shift watching a movie with a guy from the next building over, and do maybe another half hour of work before I went home.
It pretty much ruled.

♥ I'm in the same position as well... I'm bored all day here at work. I do my data entry, I answer phones, take customer complaints or comments, etc but it doesnt keep my busy enough. So I get on here and answer questions... my suggestion is take up a new little project at your job. Or simply go a little slower at your normal work.

play games, i like bejeweled. or go to people.com. i also look random stuff up on wikipedia when im bored at work.
