The answer is no, he had not been in the wwe since 2001. He had actually been over in Japan in AJPW and then left AJPW in 2003 to pursue a boxing career. Perhaps AJPW and those that were training him how to box should be investigated as well?

Brian has not been involved with the WWE for over 5 years so who knows what medications and or drugs he had been taking, you cannot simply point a finger at WWE and say oh another wrestler that USED to be in the WWE is dead, surely they are to blame for his death. These wrestlers are adults and they know what they are doing when they use these substances and once a person leaves a company that does random drug testing they cannot be held accountable for what that person does. The WWE cannot and will not police the entire industry.

Besides the autopsy that was done led to inconclusive results, so there is no direct link to drug usage or steroid usage.

No....two of the dead wrestlers werent' even under WWE contract.

Congress is already asking for it's wellness program stats. I think that's enough for now.
