Peel fresh garlic cloves and spread around the baseboards (about 4 feet apart) and in cabinets where you have seen them. It will take a few hours but the ants hate garlic and they will disappear. The smell of garlic will fade in about 12 hours.

You can spread them around your foundation as well to keep them from coming in the house.

Chalk. Ants will not cross a chalk line. Use the kind of outdoor chalk so the line is thick.
