I had an enquiry on my gluten site from a lady with migraines, which is not something I had realised before as a possible link with gluten. I did some research, and found that gluten is a possible migraine trigger. Hope not, for your sake, though. Gluten is in almost everything we eat nowadays one way or another.
If there are people in your family with celiac disease or various other disorders, its more likely gluten is involved in your migraine attacks. Gluten intolerance seems to run in families.

Everyone migraine "triggers" are different. For example, chocolate may trigger a migraine for you, but cause no problems for me. While caffeine could affect me but not you.
I would suggest keeping a diary to try to identify your triggers. Keep track of EVERYTHING you eat (including the date & time), and also note when you get migraines. Look for patterns.
Also, a friend of mine is trying some alternative treatment for migraines, and has had success. Go to http://www.nikken.com/ahealthyhome and check out the sleep system & necklace.

Your personal triggers are as individual as you are. However, a chiropractor or naturopath with a good working knowledge of kinesiology can help test you through your common dietary ingredients to help pinpoint yours with you. It is a natural, non-invasive form of diagnosis that doesn't even hurt! :) Others here have given great resources to look at for the ones that are found to be most common in migraine sufferers, but don't despair...it does get better! Good luck!

ask if restaurants use MSG.That can trigger migraines
MSG is a food additive commonly used in Asian cooking.
Keep track of foods you eat , that can help you determine if certain foods are causing the headaches aslo.
